JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and co-accused Surendra Prasad are said to have assaulted the injured with Pasuli but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that all the injuries of injured are simple in nature said to be caused by hard and blunt substance. No doubt, the injured sustained altogether seven injuries but all the said injuries are simple in nature and petitioner is in jail custody since 19.10.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.150 of 2016 (2) dt.05-01-2016 2/2 satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Hilsa, District Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No.197 of 2015.
