Nobody appears on behalf of the informant in spite of issuance of notice.

The petitioners, namely, Basanti Devi and Sneha @ Sneha Srivastava, apprehend their arrest in Bela P.S. Case No. 11/2015, G.R. No. 1491/2015, registered under Sections 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that he came across with one Prakash Kumar Srivastava who is a Central Government employee working in Delhi. Prakash Kumar Srivastava further disclosed that he was working in a foreign financial company MAAHALAYA.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6871 of 2016 (6) dt.23-11-2016 2/3 Prakash Kumar Srivastava introduced him with Alok Kumar Srivastava and his wife Mamta Srivastava as also the petitioners. The informant was motivated by the petitioners and others for investment in the said company.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother and sister of Alok Kumar Srivastava. The petitioners never received any money nor motivated the informant for investment in the company.

It appears that the informant alleged that Alok Kumar Srivastava introduced the petitioners as staff of the company. Considering the fact that there is no allegation that the petitioners motivated the informant or any staff for investment in the company and Alok Kumar Srivastava simple introduced the petitioners as staff of the company and the petitioners did not give any paper with regard to deposit of money or for payment of money, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West, Muzaffarpur in Bela P.S.
