2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hayaghat P.S. Case No. 08 of 2024 for the offence registered under sections 323, 341, 376, 384 and 34 of the I.P.C and Section 67A of Information and Technology Act lodged on 01.02.2024 by the informant Rani Kumari.

3. The informant who is a minor has alleged allegation of rape against this petitioner as also making a video of it. Accordingly, the FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to impress upon this Court that he has been implicated.

5. Learned APP on the other hand opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail submitting that there is direct allegation of rape against this petitioner.

6. Considering the allegation that has been come in the FIR by the informant who is a minor, no relief of anticipatory can be extended. Accordingly, rejected. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U T
