Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act. Some other candidates were apprehended on suspicion that they were impersonating in the examination for some other candidates. In their statement, name of the petitioner surfaced.
