Learned counsel for the Bihar State Power Holding Company Limited submits on the basis of counter affidavit that all admitted dues of the petitioner have been paid. Though copy of the affidavit had been served on

Patna High Court CWJC No.2284 of 2011 (6) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner on 03.12.2014 but on 15.12.2014 also neither anybody had appeared for the petitioner nor any rejoinder had been filed.

In view of the aforesaid, since today also neither counsel for the petitioner is appearing nor there is any rejoinder to the counter affidavit, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and accordingly the application stands disposed off.
