JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about six cases but it is admitted case of the prosecution that name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused who were caught on the spot and one co-accused, namely, Mewa Lal Singh, who was caught on the spot, has already been granted privilege of bail. Similarly, co-accused, Jaggu Singh @ Jaggu Kumar Singh @ Karia @ Sakati Kumar Singh @ Sakati Singh, having more or less similar allegation, has also been granted privilege of bail.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56910 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 47 of 2015.
