This application has been filed for grant of provisional bail to the petitioner on account of marriage of his daughter.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner be released on provisional bail for two weeks on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 2 of 2014, subject to the condition that (i) one of the bailor shall be son/mother/father/wife of the petitioner and (ii) the petitioner would surrender in the court below on 2nd January 2016. In failure, the court will pass the necessary order and take action in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55986 of 2015 (2) dt.10-12-2015 2/2 accordance with law.
