ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 96 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Earlier case dairy of the present case alongwith injury report of both JLNMCH and PMCH was called for, which has since been received.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and on consideration of the case dairy as also two injury reports which have come before this Court, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5200 of 2016 (6) dt.01-08-2016 However, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail within a period of four weeks, the Court below may consider the regular bail application of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the present order.
