Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner was remanded in this case from another case on 06.10.2017. Name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation on the basis of suspicion. The investigation of the case is already complete. However, the petitioner was never put on T.I.Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
