Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 369 of 2017 for the offence under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in theft of motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner is in custody since 29.5.2018.
