JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No. 05 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 325, 341, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that petitioner gave a Dabia blow on the head of the informant's husband causing grievous injury on his head.

Submission is that there is case and counter case between both sides and petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2018. However, learned counsel for the State submits that repeated blow was given and two sharp cut injuries on the head of the injured were found which is grievous in nature. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, presently the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26187 of 2018(2) dt.03-05-2018 2/2 trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within nine months from the date of framing of charge.
