2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-8©, 20(b)(ii)(c), 27(A), 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per allegation, 64 kg. of Ganja is said to have been recovered from the polythene, possessed by the petitioners and other accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and he has falsely been

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the recovery of Ganja in commercial quantity, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly, the same is rejected.
