JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for directions to the respondents to show cause as to why not writ of mandamus be issued directing them to accept the joining of the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Teacher within the Lakri Kola Gram Panchayat Raj, Banka as per selection made by the Panchayat Teacher Appointment Committee, Lakri Kola Gram Panchayat Raj, District Banka.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Banka within a period of thirty days from the date of
