One laptop and some mobile sets were recovered from the house of the petitioner to which petitioner claimed to be the owner of the aforesaid seized articles.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 21.9.2015.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Araria P.S. Case no. 240/2015.
