The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that the Principal of Engineering College, Bhagalur has alleged that the petitioner and co-accused Sunil Thakur entered into the premises of the college, tried to commit theft and when query was made by the guard they fled away.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working in the college as driver since 2012 and only on suspicion the accusation has been
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56648 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 levelled.
A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Bhagalpur Industrial P.S. Case No. 109 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
