The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.10.2015 whereby and whereunder time was granted till 5th of November, 2015 to deposit 20 % of the dues amount. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time to deposit 20 % of the dues amount.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner could arrange to deposit Rs. one lakh by 5th of November, 2015 and rest amount, he could not deposit. The modification application is allowed with a condition that petitioner shall deposit remaining 20 % of dues amount of Rs. 21, 22,470.32 i.e. Rs. 324494/- within a period of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57835 of 2015 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2/2 one month from today.

The interim order dated 15.10.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.48048 of 2015 shall continue.

This modification application is allowed to the extent as indicated above.
