2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 510 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, the marriage of the informant was solemnized in the year of 2017 with the petitioner and out of their wedlock they have been blessed with one son. The allegation against the petitioner is that he abused the informant due to purchase of land in the name of informant.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52200 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 2/3 It is further alleged that the petitioner has not giving maintenance to her as well as her son and on 15.11.2023, he assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the petitioner has purchased a piece of land in the name of informant but the informant is willing to sell the same which is opposed by the petitioner and for that reason dispute arose and false case has been initiated by the informant. Petitioner is always ready to keep his wife and son with full honor and dignity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial of this case.
5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner is not giving maintenance to the informant for which Maintenance Case No. 362 of 2023 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been filed by informant against the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing

No.52200 of 2024(3) dt.20-11-2024 3/3 bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court where the case is pending in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 510 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
