In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No.346 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the victim that she was on morning walk some persons have come and snatched away her necklace. The petitioner is in jail since 4.8.2015. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56756 of 2015 (3) dt.09-02-2016 2/2 bail is rejected. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing one year of his custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U
