One loaded country-made Katta is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 27-07-2015 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
