Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the IPC. The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she had voluntarily married with the petitioner. She has disclosed her age as 19 years.

Considering the statement of the victim girl that no offence has been committed by the petitioner against her and the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.6849 of 2021(2) dt.27-04-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jhanjharpur Police Station (O.P.)Case No.132 of 2020 corresponding to G.R.No.1322 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
