JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-03-2016 Heard Mr. Sandip Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation and Mr. Mrigank Mauli, learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is regarding pendency of Vigilance Case No.40B of 2012 as well as Vigilance Case No.228A of 2001 and in that background a prayer was made for appropriate direction to the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation to dispose of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2648 of 2016 (4) dt.08-03-2016 same.

While the matter remained pending before this Court that the vigilance cases have been taken up by the Municipal Commissioner as admitted by the parties and the date of hearing has already been fixed in those cases In the nature of relief so prayed in this writ petition that the pending matters have already been taken up by the Municipal Commissioner no further direction needs to be issued save and except that the matters should reach their logical conclusion in accordance with law and after hearing the parties, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from today.
