The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 25.03.2019 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Motihari in Cr. Comp. (P) No. 2238/2018 whereby and whereunder, cognizance under Section 138 of the NI Act has been taken.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to take all the points raised in this application at the time of framing of charge.

Permission is granted.
