Petitioner is accused in connection with Haspura P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 448, 366A/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is that Kanchan Kumari, daughter of the informant, was kidnapped by one Golden Kumar and this petitioner boarding on motorcycle, but on seeing the Police, both fled away leaving the motorcycle and the victim in the way. Thereafter, the victim returned to the house and narrated the entire incident to the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the

No.56349 of 2015 (3) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 petitioner and one Golden Kumar disclosed by the victim Vinny Kumari to the informant, but the victim had not disclosed the name of this petitioner in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.11.2015. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge (POSCO)-cum-1st Additional District & Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Haspura P.S.
