This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail in Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2011 registered under Sections 302, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail on earlier occasion was considered and rejected by order dated 30.06.2015(Annexure-1).

Mr. Yadav states that ultimately charge-sheet in the case was filed under Section 306 IPC and some of the accused persons were granted anticipatory bail. He further states that the petitioner shall surrender and seek bail in the Court below. The application stands disposed of.
