Thirty five litres English wine and 20 litres spirit are said to have been recovered from joint possession of petitioner and others for which, petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 2910-2015 Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 573 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
