Police seized one motorcycle and mobile set and subsequently, it came to light that seized mobile set belongs to Laxmi Sah and Jitu Khatwe who after interrogation disclosed name of the petitioner and also disclosed that the petitioner was active member of their gang and modus operandi of the gang is to steal motorcycles and other vehicles. Thereafter, house of the petitioner was raided but only mobile set was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 14.9.2015.
Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Kamtaul P.S. Case no. 115/2015.
