2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sursand P.S. Case No. 531 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that petitioner established physical relation with the victim on the pretext of marriage.

4. It is submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Counsel for State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has duly supported the prosecution case and alleged that this petitioner sexually exploited her on the pretext of marriage.

6. Considering the facts aforesaid and statement of victim girl under Section 164 Cr.P.C, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
