2. It has been submitted by Counsel for the Nagar Parishad/Nagar Nigam that entire dues of the petitioner has been paid and there is nothing pending against the present petitioner. Counsel for the Nagar Nigam submits that Annexure-A/6, attached with the show-cause, indicates that the entire payment

Patna High Court MJC No.2056 of 2023(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 has been made.

3. Counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that it is true that he has received the payment. Therefore, he submits that the present M.J.C. application may be disposed off only with liberty that if any due found in future he may raise his claim.

4. In the light of the submission made by the parties, this application stands dismissed.
