JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 13.12.2017, seeks bail in Parsbigha PS Case No. 208 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 448, 341, 458, 323, 325, 504, 506, 307, 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks bail of the petitioner on the ground of parity as one of the accused Bibha Kumari was admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 25289 of 2018 and further submits that the petitioner is a lady and due to land dispute she too has been falsely implicated.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Basmatiya Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.K.Bharti, Judicial Magistrate, lst Class, Jehanabad in connection with Parsbigha PS Case No. 208 of 2017.
