1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 351(2), 352 of BNS.
4. As per the FIR, petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of the informant with butt of pistol due to which he sustained head injury.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant and there is admitted land dispute. The doctor has opined the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case as well as above submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Bhabhua P.S. Case No. 317 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
