It appears that except confessional statement of coaccused and criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11-08-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 146 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Kailash Joshi, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
