By the impugned order, the learned court below has allowed the amendment in the plaint as prayed by the plaintiff. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the impugned amendment as sought by the plaintiff will change the nature and scope of the suit as the plaintiff wants to introduce the identification number. It has been however accepted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issues in the suit were not framed at the time when the prayer for amendment was made.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14919 of 2014 dt.25-10-2016 After considering the submissions and the perusal of the impugned order, this Court, in the background of the aforesaid fact, is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
