Petitioner was appointed as Constable but later on it was detected that he had played fraud in examination and used blue tooth for giving answer.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, namely, Rahul Kumar Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Nagar P.S. case No.443 of 2015.
