JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 19-07-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner has filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahesi P.S. Case no.134 of 2020 registered against unknown under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegations in the F.I.R., it is stated that three accused persons all aged about 25-30 years entered the bank and threatening the bank officials on the point of pistol, looted Rs.5.73 Lakhs (approx.) and also took away the keys of the strong room, safe etc.

No.6725 of 2021(4) dt.19-07-2021 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the F.I.R. was registered against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Mani Kumar and Anil Kumar Singh, both of whom have been enlarged on bail by this Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. A mobile phone, Rs.30,000/ in cash and a motorcycle which are stated to be the stolen articles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 22.5.2020 and has no criminal antecedent.
The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner not having been put on T.I. parade inspite of being in custody since 22.5.2020 and grant of bail to the two co-accused on whose confessional statement, the name of the petitioner transpired, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mahesi P.S. Case no.134 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
