JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 As prayed, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the Collector of Madhepura District as opposite party no. 2 in this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45827 of 2015 with one of the conditions that a demand draft showing deposit of sum of rupees one lac shall be immediately handed over to the Collector of Madhepura District and such payment made by the petitioner shall abide by the result of the criminal case. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the account number of the Collector, Madhepura(opposite party no. 2) was not supplied to him though he repeatedly demanded for the same.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.983 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 In above view of the matter, this application is being disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Madhepura(opposite party no. 2) by filing an application along with a copy of this order within a week who would be required to supply the account number so that the demand draft could be prepared by the petitioner and furnished before him.

The period of surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks.

The order dated 30.10.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 45827 of 2015 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
