The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2017 in connection with S.T. No. 244 of 2017 arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 153 of 2016for the offence registered under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others came in the hotel and fired indiscriminately resulting in the death of the son of the informant.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
