JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 22.1.2018, seeks bail in Brahmpura PS Case No. 17 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1b)a, 25 and 35 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.1.2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pappu Sah is directed to be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura PS Case No. 17 of 2018.
