Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner came in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused and petitioner is in jail custody since 16.9.2015 but up till now, police did not organize test identification parade of the petitioner.

Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah in Bettiah (Mufassil) P.S.
