The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 71/2020 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/307/379/ 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and the fact that the case arises out of a land dispute and there is case and counter case between the parties, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
