Taking into consideration that petitioner has been identified in test identification parade by the victim, who was raped by dacoits at the time of dacoity in her house, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014 pending in the court of learned Special Judge of POSCO Act, Muzaffarpur stands rejected.
