JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.
Prosecution case is that the petitioner was found manufacturing illicit liquor when 200 litres of liquor were destroyed as the same was not collectable and 60 litres illicit liquor were seized.
Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Rivilganj P.S. case No.154 of 2015, pending in the court of learned Additional
