ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner has been in custody since 16.10.2017 in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 212 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been taken into custody only on suspicion and that the said recovery was not made from his conscious possession.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
