The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.04.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8168 of 2015. The petitioner is in jail since 02.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in custody for more than one year and five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Madhubani in S. Tr. No. 132 of 2015, arising out of Pandaul P.S. Case No. 208/2014, corresponding to G.R. No. 3004 of 2014.
