The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

The husband and the wife have already compromised the case. The petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 1,21,000/- in six equal installments in six months to the complainant. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
