The petitioner has been in custody since 24.02.2018 in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 58/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 417/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because of the fact that the biometric of the petitioner has not matched with the thumb impression, which was taken from him at the time of physical test, the petitioner has been taken into custody. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that several other similarly situated persons, who had been taken into custody for the said reason and are accused in connection with the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27402 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 said case have since been released on bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.20733 of 2018 and its analogous cases, vide order dated 07.05.2018.

In the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-XIV cum A.C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.
