2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 43 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 364 A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found to be involved in the kidnapping of a child.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 1.4.2024. The victim child has supported the fact of kidnapping in his statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the involvement of the petitioner has come in the alleged offence.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
