2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons killed the sister of the informant due to non-fulfillment of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. As a matter of fact, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence at the relevant time. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus. Petitioner never demanded any dowry nor tortured the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific allegation against him that he along with other accused persons killed the deceased.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that petitioner is husband of the deceased, who died within seven years of marriage in unnatural circumstances in her matrimonial house, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
