That, I am ready to complete the rest of the work by 15.12.2024 assigned to him through the Agreement No. SBD- 758, 746, 755, 753, 762, 769, 769, 764, 759, 770, 768, 747, 760, 750, 757, 766, 754, 752, 761, 756, 765, 749, 748, 751, 767/2019-20 and also ready to do the maintenance work as per the terms and conditions of the agreement.

3. The undertaking of the petitioner to complete the rest of the work by 15.12.2024 is recorded.

4. On the basis of the said undertaking, the debarment order by Annexure-P/5 and the appellate order also part of Annexure-P/5 series, confirming the order of debarment, shall stand set aside.
