Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against three persons of assaulting the deceased by fists and slaps. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady and having no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also noticing the fact that the petitioner is a lady, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Fesar P.S. Case No.18/2012, the above named petitioner, Gudia Devi shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38063 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2 / 2 Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
