The present application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 26.08.2015 by which CWJC No. 1262 of 2005 has been dismissed for non-prosecution.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for non appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner on the said date leading to dismissal of the case. Accordingly, order dated 26.08.2015 passed in CWJC No. 1262 of 2005 stands recalled. The writ petition is restored to its original file and number. The application stands disposed off.
